Return - Refund policy

You can return the goods or get a refund if:
1. Orders Delayed.
2. Orders not Received.
3. Products Damaged.
4. Incorrect or Missing Products.


To start a return, you must contact us within 5 days after receiving the product at info@coolsmartshop.com

If your return is accepted, return postage will be paid byBuyer, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

1. Orders Delayed.


Orders are lacking tracking information, in transit, pending, expired 60 days after orders departed from warehouse. Following countries and shipping methods may vary:

a. For orders shipped to the USA, it will be counted 45 days after departing from warehouse.

b. For Brazil, it is after 110 days counting from the date that orders departed from warehouse due to the strict customs clearance in Brazil.



Notes:

Sometimes, the order had arrived at the nearest post office to the buyer and make it pending because of insufficient address, package unclaimed, invalid number, etc. It will be much more convenient for clients to contact the local post office or go to the post office for delivery.



2. Orders have not been received.


CooL Smart Shop will not handle refunds or reshipments if tracking information shows the order has been delivered.

a. If you have not received your package, an undeliverable certificate issued by your local post office with an official stamp is required.

b. Warning in the tracking information. Tracking information shows "Warning", the reasons are listed below:

a) Incorrect/insufficient address.

b) Invalid number.

c) Unknown recipient.

d) Rejected.

e) Not picked up on time.

f) No safe place of delivery.

g) Not cleared.

h) Other.

3. Product Damage.


CooL Smart Shop offers full refund or replacement if the arrived packages are severely damaged.

CooL Smart Shop offers partial refund or replacement if the arrived packages are partially damaged (except threads, slightly wrinkled, small scratches, etc.).

Notes:

a. For fragile goods, refund is highly recommended.

b. For damaged packing boxes, CooL Smart Shop cannot offer any refunds or other after-sales services due to long distance international shipping.

c. For normal products, your customers must complain or open a dispute with you within 5 days after the packages are delivered.

4. Incorrect or missing goods.


CooL Smart Shop has a strict quality control process before products are shipped out. Astro Light will deal with incorrect or missing products as follows:

a. For incorrect products, CooL Smart Shop offers full refund or replacement.

b. For products with incorrect color, size that does not affect the function of the product, etc., CooL Smart Shop will offer a refund or reshipment.

c. For missing parts that do not affect the function of the product, CooL Smart Shop may partially refund or resend the missing part; for those that do affect, CooL Smart Shop will only resend the product.

d. For accessories, CooL Smart Shop will resend the accessories.
